President & Chief Innovation Officer
I help leaders, teams, and organizations find and be their best. It’s my passion and specialty, and something I’ve been doing for over 20 years as a coach, facilitator, leader, speaker, and teacher. You’ll see me putting this passion into action most often by strategizing large-scale change, building senior team effectiveness, and developing and coaching leaders and managers.
The creative nature. I love the innovative thinking, continual learning, and discovery as we support people and organizations in finding and being their best. I also love how we, as a team, constantly push ourselves and our clients to see new patterns and perspectives. I am known for listening to and noticing subtle patterns within a team or organization and helping frame and bring these dynamics to light in ways that can propel a group forward. It is powerful to partner with clients in this moment of insight, when you can actually feel the tension release as a strategic challenge becomes a new opportunity or an option for action emerge. I also love rolling up my sleeves and finding strategic, yet practical, solutions to complex organizational dilemmas. It’s fun and high impact.
The first decade of my career was in marketing and leadership as a Nordy (aka, someone who works at Nordstrom). I then found my way to S.W.I.F.T., a global financial telecommunications organization, where I held enterprise-wide responsibilities for Corporate Programs and supported internal clients, including IT/Operations and Commercial divisions. During my time at S.W.I.F.T. I developed and implemented leadership development programs, led cultural change initiatives, revamped the performance management process, onboarded senior managers, and developed teams and leaders. My passion for helping others then brought me to initiate the conversations that led to the creation of ChangeFusion, where I’ve been president since 2010.
You will find me cooking, walking Ivy the family dog, meditating, doing yoga, reading voraciously, exploring, taking photos, or simply enjoying a good glass of wine and time and space to revel in my job of being a mom.

Vice President, Programs and Product Development
I work with leaders at all levels of organizations to implement large-scale change and increase team effectiveness, engagement, and individual leadership capacity. I specialize in training and change strategy, both of which help me actualize my passion for helping others find creative solutions for what’s “not working.” I’m an out-of-the-box, creative thinker steeped in a strong research and analytical background through my I/O degree. I love to infuse humor and a smile into what I do every day.
I love the collaborative nature and spirit of our work. I am continually inspired and challenged to think differently by working with new and existing clients and by working internally on ChangeFusion team. The concept of challenge is another thing I love about my life as a ChangeFuser. Our work brings us into organizations during times of complex change and immense uncertainty. In that space, I enjoy supporting clients find creative solutions that are simple, practical, accessible, and tailored to their needs.
My career began at JPMorganChase where I worked on a survey team providing analysis and support to business lines. Following that, I became a HR Business Partner at S.W.I.F.T., a financial telecommunications firm where I provided change management, leadership development, and performance management support to various divisions. I then transitioned to Booz Allen Hamilton, where I supported government agencies by providing human capital consulting. In 2012, I joined conversations that led to the creation of ChangeFusion (over runs, bottles of wine, and fires). The decision to come on board was clear and I’ve been ChangeFusing ever since. Here I play a leadership role in driving our program and product development, as well as leading key client engagements. One informal, yet important, role I play is to keep everyone laughing with practical jokes and my razor sharp wit.
My weekends are usually spent with family and friends. In 2014, I developed an interest in cooking. Somewhere between julienning carrots, burning myself, and garnishing a finished plate with obscure herbs, I found a hobby that blends my desire for precision with my love for the unexpectedly cheeky. I’m guilty of spending Saturdays in my pajamas, decorating for upcoming holidays, or catching up with friends over brunch. Come Sunday, I’m at pilates, playing with Sophie and Boo (our dogs), or trying to best my co-workers on the Weekend Warrior FitBit challenge (did I mention I’m competitive?).
A good belly laugh, saying I love you just because it’s true, the weightiness of “real” books, a healthy pour of cabernet, and finally (and perhaps most importantly) my Mom.
Senior Director of Organizational Change and Development
I seek out and help close the gap between the current state and desired future for individuals and organizations. I focus on surfacing their strengths to improve performance and help them achieve more than they realized possible. I enjoy doing this through coaching, facilitating capacity building workshops, and utilizing the principles of human performance technology (a process of performance analysis, cause analysis, and intervention selection).
I love the opportunity to know diverse groups of people on a meaningful level, especially through coaching and problem solving. I love going into an organization and making a significant, measurable difference that serves them in the present and future. I love providing clarity and solvency to tricky situations that recur and feel like brick walls. But perhaps one of the things I love most is simply helping others find the tools they need to realize their own strengths and solutions.
Prior to ChangeFusion I spent 13+ years working for Sprint, the third largest wireless provider in the United States. I provided national support for the Consumer Sales division in operations, sales, and management initiatives. I enjoyed working with leadership to approach challenges from a comprehensive, objective perspective. My key contributions included: conducting readiness assessments, facilitating change and leadership development programs, coaching management, and using human performance technology to improve organizational processes and performance. During my tenure at Sprint I also fulfilled one of my greatest joys, working with and helping children, by serving as Executive Director of Fusion Dance Company, a non-profit focused on bringing the arts to underprivileged youth and children.
As a ChangeFuser, I support a diverse range of public and private clients in developing creative solutions that align with their goals and strategies for long-term growth and sustainability. My work includes mentoring and coaching leaders to increase employee engagement, team building, facilitating, and implementing change strategies.
When the weekend comes I disconnect from technology and reconnect with nature, friends, and family. I show my love through cooking, so making a huge meal, inviting family over to share it, and then going kayaking with friends (the next day – I need time to digest) is my weekend pulse. When my introverted self needs rejuvenation, I enjoy journaling, reading, and taking longs walks with my dog Cheyenne (my best friend on four paws).
Acting out of kindness, with forgiveness, and seeking to understand, not judge. I believe a day shouldn’t go by without making at least one-person laugh or smile, even if that person is me.

I am especially strong with turn-arounds and starting programs from scratch. I am comfortable and confident with staff at all levels; developing trusting, durable relationships is a key strength.

I started my career in non-profit leadership and had my first taste of organization development as part of a leadership development program when I was 24. I was hired a few years later by a large bank in San Francisco as a training specialist and advanced there to lead the Human Resources function and implemented the bank’s first OD function. I have developed two HR functions from scratch, and worked as an OD leader at several global technology and financial services corporations, a bio-tech start-up, and as the head of talent management at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, DC.
I’m passionate about rooting for the Orioles (and my hometown Dodgers), traveling, doing volunteer work, and raising our new puppy to become a therapy dog. There’s a nice wine collection in the basement that requires routine attention for “quality control.” I’m an intermediate ukulele player, and when pressed can sing a little in Hawaiian.
The art of the possible – that with a clear vision, solid planning, and good intention, most things are possible. That leaders are made, and born and exist at every level in an organization. That all of us are smarter than any one of us. And, nothing beats kindness and thoughtfulness in helping people succeed.
Chief of Staff
Lisa Dominick is an established global leader who has achieved success in
designing and executing operational strategy and innovative work systems. She
has spent much of her career creating and implementing corporate best
practices that serve as a catalyst for organizational efficiency and success.
Lisa has over 20 years experience working at several top financial institutions,
such as UBS, where she lead a global delivery team through many successful
projects; DTCC and MUFG, where Lisa served as Chief of Staff for technology
executives, and her most recent role at U.S. Bank, where she partnered with the
Chief Human Resource Officer on a talent and location strategy.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, attending the University
of Minnesota and SUNY Oneonta. Lisa is certified in ITIL, Project Management
and Human Resources. Lisa received the 2021 MUFG Excellence Award for
leading the bank’s pandemic response.
